Rationing of Care

Mammogram or MRI: Which do women really need?

"For the patients that we find the breast cancer, it's going to be a godsend," Caine said. "But at the same time, there's only -- and I hate to say this -- there's only so many health dollars to be spent."

Seriously, didn't Bush claim that single payer leads to rationing of care, opposed to our system?

That sounds a lot like rationing to me.
