Exurb Freeways?

Money shortage delays Hwy. 12 bypass

Nevermind the money shortage, why do people in the exurb of Maple Plain get to have a freeway-to-nowhere while Northern Metro residents can't even get through ~3 miles of road in less than 30 minutes during peak periods of travel?

Why do we wait forever for 252 and Hwy 169 upgrades? Why is there no timelines for upgrades for 252. Why is there no set dates to construct interchanges at 93rd and 101st even though there is a *billion* dollars of investment coming from the private sector nearby in the not-so-distant future?

I don't think anyone in the Northern Metro is going to feel much for those who live 21 miles from minneapolis having to endure *one* stoplight. Those of us who live 15 miles away have to endure far more.
