Metro Transit is now saying that they will, from time to time, designate busses as 'drop off only' if they are far, far, far behind on their trips and other busses are nipping their tails. Interesting way to keep busses on schedule and a good use of the new GPS/data systems in every bus. Hopefully it will improve trip reliability on long routes like the 2 and the 16. I don't know if the 5 has the same issues, but I'm guessing it will help there too.
