Taxpayer League Pulling a Fast One

This road system would balance supply, demand says the Taxpayer's League. But what they don't say is that this is going to be some sort of privatized system meant to derive profit from roads.

Infrastructure is not profitable. Lets not try and convince people that we can amtrak our road system. Eventually they will come back asking for more money, or worse run off and leave taxpayers with a mess (and huge liability) to clean up!

Lets plan for the worst, and if we are going to do this just build a lane from bonds and use tolls to repay the bonds. Not some sort of complicated privatized system that could very well allow a private to extract more money than needed from taxpayers.

Let stop wasting our time, lets stop wasting our money, and lets get real transportation solutions now!
