First nail.

Crucial test for Northstar. If this doesn't pass through the House, Senate, and Governor, it is the first nail in the coffin that Minnesota doesn't really care about anything but low taxes anymore. I do forsee an exodus of people who are sick of living in a progessive city that throws back to the middle of last century every chance they get.
