It Was Never About A Smoking Gun says David Kay. He makes a refrence to secret documents from Iraqi intelligence/security to move materials from sites before he would get there to inspect them. Supposedly the new work these days are unannounced and secret. We can only hope that the current inspections take past failures into mind.
