Can you say WMD?

The Volokh Conspiracy has a pointer to articles claiming that Blix and friends from the IAEA have real proof that Saddam is actively developing nukes. This is WMD. Sadly, this probally means war, but if the nuke stuff is true I don't know how a war will be avoidable unless Iraq does something dramatic and sacrifical.
