Any odd traffic?

The Register has an article about RIAA hackback and IFPI work in disabling P2P networks. However, at the end of the document they talk about curious IP network traffic. Anyone else see any odd traffic? I've heard something, but I'm not allowed to talk about details, I would love to be able to say anything if there is some public information allready corobrating it.
